In addition to the annual fire safety training, the number of colleagues trained in first aid is increasing every year, which supports safe working.
As part of their environmental approach, Jánosik és Társai Kft. places a high priority on waste management and recycling skills, and always favours environmentally friendly cleaning products and equipment.
Quality assurance is based on strict ISO standards and certifications, regularly informing staff about changes in the field and internal regulations. Data protection and information security is a key concern, especially with the introduction this year of the EU's NIS2 standard, which puts data protection at its core. This development has raised the company's data management protocols to a higher level, guaranteeing security requirements.
The company ensures that all its branches have the necessary examinations for machines and vehicles, as well as training in the use of the latest software, all of which is designed to ensure modern and efficient working. The training courses are regularly held not only in the offices in Miskolc and Budapest, but also on the job sites, as the company is present in almost all parts of the country.
The introduction of online training has been a huge step forward for Jánosik és Társai Kft. In 2024, more than 1600 e-learning based training courses were implemented at the company.
