Jánosik és Társai Kft. won school renovation and extension work amounting to more than HUF 800 million in Szécsény within the framework of an open public procurement tender. Their task is to renovate and extend a school building and construct a completely new sports hall – informed us Lajos Jánosik, owner of the company. They will renew the school building of 629 square meters area and then build a new building section of 2082 square meters.
Modern plastic and aluminium doors and windows will be installed. The flat roof and the façade will be insulated. They will perform mechanical and electrical works as well. New solar cell system will be established which will contribute to both environmental protection and energy saving. The sports hall will be built from pre-fabricated reinforced concrete elements. Jánosik Kft.‘s professionals will also install the technological means necessary for the physical training, sports. They work in accordance with an accurate, minute schedule because the completion date of the project is very close, they should finish it by the spring 2020. They plan to involve as many local entrepreneurs as possible. Owing to the energy-conscious solutions, a long-term economical and sustainable building will be implemented through the project – said Lajos Jánosik.
