Jánosik és Társai Kft started renewals for the purpose of energy saving in Edelény, Miskolc and Sátoraljaújhely. They won the works amounting to some HUF 300 million in an open public procurement tender from the Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County Government Office – informed us Lajos Jánosik, owner of the company performing the renewals.
Within the framework of modernisation of energy use, they will install solar cells and replace the whole heating system. The buildings will be furnished with new heat-transfer appliances which will be operated by means of a so-called air source heat pump.
They will also provide for the heat not to escape from the buildings. The insulation of façades of the offices will be done on some 1000 square meters. They will install more than 100 modern doors and windows as well. The Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County Government Office is committed to the more economic operation of the buildings and more up-to-date operation of the institutions.
The renewed buildings will not only be more cost-effective, but they will ensure more comfortable and modern environment for the clients. Jánosik és Társai Kft pays special attention to the protection of environment and has been prepared for the application of such means, technologies through which this aim can be realised. The works will last for a quarter in the three towns, and the company will give job to more than 50 employees.
