Jánosik és Társai Ltd. won a public tender for the repair and maintenance of properties. In total, nine works will be carried out in seven areas, with a very tight deadline - said Jánosik Lajos, owner of Jánosik és Társai Ltd.
The works are mainly carried out by mechanics, carpenters and master builders in the pension houses belonging to the Budapest Capital Asset Management Centre, a private limited company (BFVK Zrt.). The BFVK Zrt. exploits the capital's marketable assets and also manages its own real estate and company shares.
The evaluation criterion in the tender was that the time available to complete the works was extremely short, some of them having to be completed in 15 days and some in 30 days. A complicating factor for the execution of the works is the fact that the technicians have to work in residential buildings in operation. This requires careful planning and organisation of the work.
A market leader in the cleaning business, but with a multi-functional business with annual revenues of HUF 14 billion, the company has developed its five business units in line with market needs. In addition to cleaning, which is its main profile, it also operates successfully in construction, property management, security services and outdoor maintenance.
The turnover of the property management sector will reach HUF 2 billion this year," said Lajos Jánosik.
