The renovation of the kindergarten in Kőbánya, the Rece-Fice Kindergarten on Vaspálya Street and Csillagfürt Crèche has begun. The reconstruction worth 339 million forints is entirely financed by the Municipality of Kőbánya, and it will be implemented as its institutional development program. “The work was won by Jánosik és Társai Kft. in an open public procurement tender published by Kőbányai Vagyonkezelő Zrt.” – informed Lajos Jánosik, the owner of the company.
The entire facade has already been demolished. The roof insulation, the facade covering and all windows and doors will be replaced. A modern electrical and mechanical network will be built out. The kitchen will be renewed, as well; new and modern kitchen technology equipment will be installed. Thus, the catering of children will be resolved in the fastest and most hygienic way.
It is a special task to ensure that the building can receive an appearance that suits the nature of the institution; the facade will be decorated with colourful, playful elements.
According to the plans, the renovation will be completed by the beginning of the schoolyear. The short deadline of 8 months requires accurate work organization. On average, 40 experts are working on the renovation. “Special attention is paid to the selective collection of construction waste, meeting the strictest waste management requirements,” said Lajos Jánosik.
