Jánosik és Társai Kft.. performs daily maintenance tasks, construction, mechanical and electrical renovation and maintenance work in 100 objects, on about 52 thousand square metres, and takes care of the correction of defects, and for this purpose Jánosik és Társai Kft.'s specialists are on call 24 hours a day in Újbuda. The contract, worth 157 million net, was won in a public procurement tender organised by the Újbuda Municipality, said Lajos Jánosik, owner of the company.
They carry out their work in institutions run by the municipality, social centres, retirement homes, community centres, facilities for disabled children, crèches, kindergartens, public grounds maintenance, playgrounds and public parks. There are usually eight, but on peak days there are up to thirty Janosik Ltd. employees working in the district. Their activities are very varied, usually small tasks: from moving fences, to repairing electric gates, to finding and repairing burst pipes in public parks.
In most places, they have to adapt to the quiet break between 13 and 15 hours. Over 1,000 jobs have been completed in recent months. Jánosik & Partners Ltd. has been consistently exceeding the HUF 10 billion annual turnover mark for years, with the property management sector contributing almost 20 percent of this," said Lajos Jánosik.
